i'd first like to apologize for submitting an over 7 million cycle solution to the break week puzzle that may have briefly crashed the site (sorry about that). it ranked 12th though, so strangely it'll probably end up being my highest ranking solve of the tourney!

anyway, i don’t really like area, but i gave it my best shot. initially all my solves split the output into a c and an o, but this cost area because i had to get the c out of the way to build the o. then i had the idea to instead split it into three like you see here, and that saved 6 hexes over my other solves. it also gives this solve a pretty satisfying final assembly sequence. i put two of the arms are on tracks just to dodge each other's swings, but they ended up saving me some cycles as well.
