Had an awful time triying to solve this as I am no area expert, it was my solution 1 due to lack of additional ideas. It is min + 6 considering Min the footprint of the output + hexes required for the last slide + arm + half debonder. An hex inside the product  may be saved by a more skilled player. I tried placing the arms outside of the output but the 6 hex budget was too tight and every move required occupying the inner hexes. I doubt this places well at all, if Kazyan performs as expected the tourney is going to be decided today.
