Simple and reasonably nice-looking low-effort solve. 

I tried putting the wastechain back through the input, but it would've ended up being slower than the 12 cycles per 3-stick main pipeline so I didn't bother exploring it further. 

A solve that does that effectively could probably break sub-100 cycles? Or one that just uses the entire input every 15 or something, i didn't explore that because then it requires disposal and a lot more atom handling than this low-effort solve.

No idea where to place the ballpark on Height because I'm a Complete Height Novice, but I'm guessing this solve places around 2/3rds from the top and winner is around 100 cycles? Probably >80% to be way off on at least one of those lol.
