23 seems out of reach, if it is possible at all.  Among 24s, I don't feel like this is a particularly nice layout but I struggled to find any other that would work.  Initially I programmed this with one arm on the track, which was over 8000 cycles inefficiently, then around 6000 when I got the hang of the process and wrote it from scratch.  The second arm required that I solve the final bonding sequence all over again with much higher difficulty.  Triumph there brings me under 4000 which feels good enough.  Not even going to bother with the trivial -1c for 12P.

If I'm wrong and 23 is the obvious min that a dozen people hit, well, that's tourney 2023 for biggie the area main.
