Unfortunately my solve is too expensive to be counted on my pareto :(

Min cycles was actually pretty interesting, I ended up comparing it to harder and harder cycles puzzles. 

- "Oh this puzzle is like explosive phial, so 17 cycles should be easy"
- "Oh min cycles requires an every 2 trackloop like mist of dousing"
- "Oh an every 2 trackloop doesn't work you need to make 2 pipelines like nightmare fuel"
- "Oh the pipelines need to be really short and converge exactly like surrender flare"

Overall I'd consider it a hard cycles puzzle but that might be because I'm bad at cycles. Really hope someone got an actual counting 17
