as for the layout, by making both bonder and deboder half access, the unaccessable debonded part doesn't need a grab point as it is laid on the bonder

this leads to a very fast sequence, and if secondary was cycle I felt this would be very closed to the optimal

for area this might not be very good, a carefully designed intermediate and bonding sequence could lead to less area as I felt

anyway I spent too much time on the other metric finding the min cycle solve, so that is it, won't go searching for another cost layout
