I felt I have some good idea for both category, but I can't make them work, this is my better than nothing solve

for this I tried to keep some fire atom in left chamber for non-rotating wheel, which is too hard to program so I just gave it up

cabinet level is so frustrating that you can't make your idea work by sacrificing some metric, always hitting a wall
