I'm about 75% sure 6R is impossible, which makes 7R the new target. 

The 6P 1-cycle save is fairly self-explanatory, and just so happens to work out perfectly that both final products get output on cycle 56 exactly, instead of cycles 48 & 57. 

Latency is decent for the method, but you could possibly save up to 3 more cycles to the conduit I think.

This could be beaten by a lot more than 3 cycles by a solve that builds the fire outputs main chamber, but I didn't know how to even begin trying to do reasonably fast. If someone manages that or finds 6R to finish in about 50c, I will be amazed. This solve probably isn't winning, but I think it's close.

The 1P version of this could possibly sneak into top 20 for period?
