Created something that does seem to be better than my original machine (this uses many parts from it but a new 'Spoke' Method for the metals.

However, it only outputs 1 elemental atom per 40 cycle loop rather than 2 in 52 cycles on my previous attempt (both machines output only 1 metal atom per loop)... Overall though, the mathematics favour this one!
