Started off by making a min latency 6 rate solve just to have something decent to submit at the end. Spent most of the time past that trying to make a min (4.5) rate solve, and was unsuccessful (and the closest I got would have had awful latency anyway and may not have actually helped). Decided the spend the last hour adapting my 6 rate into a 5 rate, though I'm not quite at min latency anymore. I probably could have saved a latency or 2 if I'd not spent so much time on min rate, but here we are
