The 1P version is better imo, but it's AC :(. 

It feels like you could do this with 2 arms or 1 arm + 3 track instead of 3 arms, but access points are hard, hence me saying min+1 - I believe 2 bonders are necessary. 

Waiting to see what wizardry ShadowCluster has made to reveal this is actually min+4 or something.
