That stupid half access bonder cost me three days of programming and a decent sum solve. I tried and tried to find a 75 area layout that gave me full access,  but I just never found one. This is after having spent an eight hour session just staring at a green hex grid, hunting for layouts.

I'm not seeing a way under 75, but I just have a bad gut feeling that there's something I'm missing. I'm predicting that Shadowcluster has beaten me on primary somehow. If he has, then he's allowed to have his area crown back.
