I think the rate is 24???

I tried many things but in the end, anything else I built that tried to reroute metals ended up failing - mostly because you have to keep atoms with pseudobonds bonded... i.e. you cant totally break a SnHg pseudobond and bond them back later with a pseudobond... if you could I could maybe have hit min rate. As it is... this is the best I could do in the time I had... still nice to watch but INEFFICIENT! Draws only 1/2 the possible amount of PbHg molecules and trashes the Pb...

But slightly better than the Rate 27 I previously posted so yeah...
