4 bonders and 2 unused hexes seems dubious, but I'm really not sure how to use less bonders here, and there is seemingly nothing useful I can do with those other hexes.

I don't actually know what min is but I'm guessing I don't have it, so it'll probably be 38 or 37. I'll be impressed by anyone who manages to find those
