Not that hard to spin this up, thanks to critelli.technology doing most of the legwork.
Is it a good puzzle? Dunno :^)

Currently I have no plans for how to share event results.
There will be some kind of video stream shortly after the deadline.

Reagents: 3 x Elemental Earth
Product: Climbing Rope Segment

Metric 1: Sum

Metric 2: "Forbidden Arms" > "Restricted Instructions" > Cycles

"Forbidden Arms" is equal to the number of pistons plus the number of multiarms.

"Restricted Instructions" is equal to the number of pivot, track and piston instructions, PLUS the value of "min(left rotates, right rotates)".

The second metric is inspired from the "Extremely Restricted" rule set I've played with in the past.
This event is more forgiving, because I don't want to manually check for arm lengths :^)
