This is a lovely cost puzzle. From the reagent shape, it felt obvious that a no access bonder would be able to make the output. It took a bit longer to realize that the pair of sticks could be bonded into a square before debonding the wrong bond. Those ideas got me a working min cost solution in an hour or two. I optimized a bit, but it took me a few days to realize why the secondary being instructions instead of cycles actually mattered. For anyone who didn't try 1/3p specifically, I can't adequately describe how difficult it was. I thought of my solve occupying 3 dimensions. Some actions needed to happen in all 3, whereas others were detention specific. While that thought process was overcomplicated, it did actually lead to a better understanding of what I needed to do. Ultimately I feel my conditionals slow my solve enough that 1/2p can ecplise it. Even still, this is one of the most elegant solves I've ever made, so I'm extremely happy I got it working. My 4am nights were not in vain. Enjoy
