Arm 14 allows for the 6P latency shave. Arm 6 looks cool. Arm 9 is just for you <3. 

Conduits limit to input every 3 on whichever input atom needs to use both conduits. As such, I believe theory min cycles is 119C @ N=36*3 + L=12 - 1. (Debond, Calcify, Anime (x3), Conduit twice (x6), Bond) 

In practice, I'm about 90% confident you need at least 3 actions to take the final vitae to the final bond at min rate, bumping min to 121C. I am a single hex away from 121C: Replace arm 4 with a calcifier, and put a piston triangle trackloop down-right of arm 1, eliminating the regrab on the final fire. 

But with how tight my metal chamber is, I'm pretty sure 121C is impossible. 
I shall wildly guess that the whole podium will be at 122C.
