This is the prototype of my full binary counter; see the notes for that one for details. You can skip this if other people have shown off their binary counters. The main value of this is that it doesn't have 5000 instructions so you can actually run and edit it in vanilla OM.
Has a primary of 1/8 because there's 3 bits.
