So basically on the right we have a thingie that drops the blue orb in the hole and waits for it to come back. On the left we have an arm on a loop of 5, an arm on a loop of 7, and a rotating arm on a loop of 11, all required to move the blue orb with exact timing back into the hole or else a different arm will put it in the certain spot at the top (you can see if running the save for ~35 tape loops, arm 9 pushes the orb every 7, but brings it back. Arm 8 moves it and 10 moves it back into the hole, but they need to be performed at exact timings) giving us 5*7*6(from arm 10's rotation)*11=once in every 2310 cycles that the orb can go back into the hole. Once the orb goes in the hole the other orbs are finally moved off the input and worked to the output, while the 2310 cycle requirement starts over.
