This is my first entry into an OM event, but I've been following along since the 2023 weeklies. The idea of this solve is to have arm 2 rotate and move once per loop, causing its position on the track to repeat every 11 loops while its angle repeats every 6 loops. Since 11 and 6 are coprime and only one of the combinations has access to the input, this results in it only grabbing an input once every 66 loops.
