Had a solution at 28c/370g that I was happy with, but when I was trying to grind the cost down, I accidentally a layout that shaved a cycle off the slower, high metallicity rod. Took some time, but finally got the new layout to behave as well as the old one: fully looping with no rod rotations. Named for the final move to get the rods to the output glyphs, even though this layout only bumps the low metallicity rod. (Technically R4.67)
