Kon-kon, kee-kee! Do they know I'm actually a rate solve!

Those who know me know I love a good rate solve, so that's what I did here! I know I probably could've done better on the cycles butttt that's annoying to figure out without losing my sanity. This was quite the fun solve and it's rare that I see a solve with hex arms on a track! I know I hit min rate so it's just the latency that's going to make me place lower, and from very quick and very messy math I got a theoretical min latency of 9, but I am bad at calculating theoretical min latency, and it probably can go lower than that. If that is the actual minimum latency then I would be 2 c off min, so that makes me even less confident about that being the real min latency. Anyways this fox girl will stop rambling now, kon-kon, kee-kee!
