all i know about rate is "something something pipeline something something" but i don't know how to pipeline in this space across a 1 atom conduit
this is basically a cycles solve that tries to use the conduit as efficiently as possible. i think if you let the gold in the bottom chamber go all the way down to lead you can speed it up, but at the point the layout literally explodes so not sure.
