V is for victory. V's are much more forgiving than sticks for maneuvering.

I'm not sure P1-Rate9 is possible, there's some funkiness around the quicksilvers spawns when we use the conduit at max throughput. I think there's at least two cycles where quicksilver doesn't spawn when you switch out the metal.
