So close to 12r and yet so far.
The only thing preventing 12r in this setup is arm 3 colliding with the leftover metal on its way back to the conduit. (And also technically a way to steal waste from arm 1 since it would be in constant motion, but I had a way to do this and removed it for cost optimization since arm 1 has 1 cycle of downtime in 13r)
