Previous layout had bonder in tighter place and requires both corner quicksilvers to be bonded last which means more shuffling and a wasteball asking for 1P and 4 cases. This layout looks like it can fit 9 coppers to reduce input chamber's shuffling but that isn't compatible with 1/2P.
