This was my first attempt at Rate for this week, aiming for the theoretical min rate of 9, before I added some compromises to make it finish and wound up with a 12, which I already knew would be the minimum if I pass 4 atoms through the conduit. (It also turns out that it's not possible to get below rate 10 with just one Rejection).

That was Wednesday. In the remaining days, I tried a few dozens of alternate output chamber layouts for even just an 11, or to iterate on this one, and none of them got me anywhere. Either I ran out of space for enough arms to grab, or there would be collisions, or there would be wrong bonds. I managed one total improvement in the input chamber for 10 G. I don't believe 12 is min, but I'm not good enough to do any better right now.
