Behold: The 1st place solution. 

Input chamber is cool. All 3 multibonder parts are used exactly twice per loop. Every arm finishes with a reset instruction.

My first solve (11R/480G) made 2 tringles with 2 single bonders. After solving for GI, I realised that there were more ways than tringles and made this instead. 

I immediately discarded 14:5 because it seemed awful. That being a poor assumption is the most likely reason for this not winning.
