I was really busy this week. I had 4 hours. 4 hours to save my pride. First, it takes me 2 hours to get a working 18 rate, which I thought was min. I move on to the other metric, where I was just flailing around getting a not completely terrible solve. With 1 hour left, I locked in. I went:
Wait, I can project in the other chamber, min is not 18.
Wait, I would need to trash in the top right chamber, bad.
Wait, I can return it to the bottom left chamber
Wait, but then it collides with the atoms from the other direction.
Wait, teleport them AT THE SAME TIME.
So with 20 minutes to spare I got a 15 rate with miraculous geometry. Then this.
This is a local min because of arm 6, but I think min rate goes much lower than this.
