this feels like it could be optimized to 10 or so cycles in theory based on how fast you can bring in material to the final chamber but im not certain that you can build the output that fast here. 

addendum: after a few days of work im pretty confident either this is min or anything lower takes something major im missing. look forward to seeing how first place does this at nine rate or whatever anyways
