This is what happens when you shoot for min and run out of time. Everything explodes. We found the constraints on this puzzle quite challenging. The reagent may not be track looped, and the geometry of outputting is very demanding. On top of that, you have to get mors in there somehow, and the number of glyphs quickly makes it difficult to reach anything. We explored at least three layouts extensively, and found that they all got gummed up as the cycle count rose. With the deadline looming, we sacrificed latency to get something - anything - working. This one only uses its secondary fire pipeline once; in theory that should only have to be used as the middle output of the final 3 products (so they can be dropped 2 or fewer cycles apart). Interestingly, this does final assembly in no fewer than 4 separate ways. That kind of disorganization is not what you normally want in your cycles solves, but this layout happened to be the one we could optimize the most before the deadline.
