15 cycles using both inputs is possible operations-wise, but I couldn't find a geometry that makes it work. The last two mors must come from the 5th mors input and they both must have 4 latency. This requires bonding one mors to the fire stick while debonding the other, which means the debonded mors needs to travel from one side of the fire stick to the other in a single cycle without colliding. There is excess salt from the 4th set of inputs, but it has too much latency to be useful.

31 cycles with a single input is possible using either reagent, but the fire input requires buffering which seems harder and less area efficient.
