For a while I thought this metric is too one-dimensional, but then it proved to be an interesting challenge. Latency is really visible and adds up faster here, so it's a tug-of-war with rate. It really made me think outside the box, or in this case along the line. The two halves were made separately and merged later, ending up with 7 and 9 rate, requiring 6p and a bit of syncing.
