this feels about as fast as this approach (period 10 built around a quicksilver exchanging bi-arm) gets, unless there's some better fragrance assembly methods i'm missing. wouldn't be too surprised if some wildly different method, or something that manages to do this at a lower period, goes like 10-20 cycles faster
