Surpise, I'm back. This one looked fun, what can I say. The size-4 bestagon is obviously impossible by sheer quantity of parts required, as well as size of the output. Size 5 is difficult as it is. There's probably a better layout that leads to doing this faster, but it took me enough effort just to make *this* one work, so I'll leave improvements to others.
