this is a really fun sum puzzle, I optimize one thing at the cost of another, and then a different thing, and the eventually I just have a strictly better solution, it's great!

the only disappointing part is just that I had to get rid of 1/2 p, I thought that was cool, so I might submit it as a showcase later

I'm definitely at or near a local minimum now, so I need to consider whether I should try a bunch of different layouts, or just let this week be chill. I think this likely an ok sum solution, but I'm sure number one will somehow get a sum under 400.
