Figured i'd try my hand at the sum puzzle after having burnt out. Though I may have cooked this time: I wouldn't be surprised if min Sum4 is 536.

New Solution 1 was a biggie-coded 325G/90C 1/2P6 for 631 Sum4.
New Solution 2 found the Hexarm of Justice and was slow and cheap: A 4-arm 24R.
This solve is a New Solution 2 (COPY), adding 2 arms to make 16R work.

I wonder how many people will fall down the rather anime-shaped rabbit hole. There's no way wasteless is viable.
