I've been thinking of this metric more as "Average period x Arms" to have lower numbers. This solve is P5 with 3 arms, so it gets a score of 15. The only reasonable pairing that beats that is P7.4 with 2 arms. I was able to get P7.5ish, but I needed to shave 4 or 5 cycles off the tape loop to beat this solve. I'm glad I didn't find anything, though, since this solve is way too pretty not to submit. I wouldn't be shocked if the prominent cycle wizards figured it out, even though it feels impossible.
