Simple solution moving the Vitea as much as possible in the limited time allowed by this latency. Turning a max-length arm twice should be fastest movement possible without helper atoms. I feel like it might be possible to build a stick using the left over Mors atoms, and use that to move the Vitea even quicker. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
