First and final layout for this puzzle; not expecting to place well as the layout is super obvious, we shall see though. Min C because L=3 and N=78*2=156, making min C 2N+L+1 = 316. Also note that to make min C, I required a shared output that can alternate which anime it receives from each 13-period cycle, making my instruction a 2p set. I think this is min arms because you have two arms for pulling min rate, one outputting arm for each anime glyph, and trash can't be done with one arm, making min 6. Checking the case where one uses one anime glyph, you can't place the salt in period 4 with two arms unless I missed a major thing (I probably did) but even still, you need three output arms to make period 4 submitting of products viable (one can artificially extend period for one arm by alternating between "close" and "far" products, but you still have too many outputs and deal with access issues) In terms of area, I waste area here in two main places: 1) second anime and 2) trash disposal. The former is aforementioned necessary to make min C, and the latter I think is min possible due to the forcing of the placement of the disposal. Note that making waste chains would not save space, as you have to deal with at least 78 waste mors. For cost: you must have two pistons for output due to no-access issues with normal arms. The only extra piston here is the waste mors on the top right anime, which cannot be saved due to transformation issues. This is why I think min G is achieved here. I can't wait for this analysis to be broken in and beaten to bits as soon as Sunday hits, but this is my thought process :3
