Hi all this is my second tournament solution and second week playing the game :3. I hope I'm understanding the metrics correctly if i am this should be a decent solve. The update made me sad. Originally arm 1 ended up going around and cleaning the left over atoms to finish the outputs. Timmy no longer gets to do this. Poor Timmy :(. 

Ps. I love the support and kindness from the community :3 also should i be submitting a solution for both metrics
