Min cycles. To improve further my ideas are either to somehow replace the output length 2 hexarm with a length 1 hexarm (secondary improvement), or to try merging the jobs of some arms without adding too many cycles (primary improvement). 3 arms as pseudo-period 5 is still fast enough to maybe beat this. 2 arms at pseudo-period 8 could also potentially beat this, but that direction didn't seem too promising
