so i'm pretty new and don't usually assert what min might be, but in this case i'm fairly certain. you need 13 vitae, which means 26 salt, which takes 52 cycles. the last vitae appears on cycle 53, you can grab it at 54, rotate on 55, and drop on 56, which I think makes this min latency. This is actually my second solve with min latency, but betwen the first and the second i thought i found a way to squeeze the outputs into a distance of 3. in fact i made them a wide 4 instead of a tall 4, so i'm not actually convinced you can go lower than 4. the thing is, this basic layout was my first idea, and it wasn't that hard to implement. which means that i either have a very specific type of brainrot, or this is secretly a tertiary metric puzzle. which is ominous news for my 17 arm solution with a bunch of track. so i'm gonna spend the rest of the week trying to shave cost off of it. also, the spin more than doubles the area of this puzzle xd
