If you REALLY need exactly evenly divided phials of a simple substance, standard universal dividers exist. Easily configurable to almost any number of outputs, even a mid-sized one should have between two and twenty. That, alongside a standard animismus divider, would be cheaper than commissioning a custom cabinet (which leaks dangerous elemental mors into the ether mind you). And it would also be cheaper to just BUY THIRTEEN PHIALS OF VITAE.
