Saved two area by moving the odd output out somewhere that the hexarm could reach without incurring new area

Notes from the iteration where I implemented the core design: "I knew in my heart that three arm was the correct answer here but I just couldn't see it. Then last night as I was in bed trying to go to sleep cooked up this solution and it worked perfectly when I woke up and implemented it."
