This formulation is inspired by the proposed mechanism of the substance's formation. Copper and quicksilver formed by previous energetic interactions quickly bind, fusing and sometimes promoting under the intense heat, never leaving eachother's side. A slow-moving nucleus of metastable fire from the star's core latches onto these fast particles, their speed knocking it into free space.

The substance produced matches Prof. Tyne's reports, including its behaviour under universal solvent and its secondary structure under the fire pole of a marco-quintessence test.

Standard equipment shows it to be invisible in a variety of mediums; sensitive quickfire imagery reveals measurable distortion, though this did not help prevent us tripping over certain samples.

I could not get this solution to run on our research engines capable of viewing aether. An alternative formulation was used instead, allowing us to directly verify its properties; more info on that solve.
