Another year, another assemblage of production cabinets to demonstrate reactions to the unenlightened nobility. None of them understand my true genius. Compressing this reaction into a suitable space for a demo proved tricky. While at first the cabinet of size three appears appealing, attempting to place everything proves infeasible. Size four is thus the minimum I have achieved. Even in the enlarged space, Van Berlo's Wheel is a significant portion of the cabinet. I did some experimenting with designs which had the wheel sliding on a track, but in practice this only takes up more space. Settling on this layout was more happenstance than a planned endeavor. I began by placing bonders for the final assembly, and the arm and wheel arrangement sort of fell out of making sure that assembly would work. This solve also uses every possible space within the cabinet; not a single hex can be removed. Highly satisfying.
