5+2*11+7+6*9+2=90

my design is pretty heavily limited by the time it takes to add the earth/air bends to the water bends. even if I can find a way to bringing water bends to the bonder faster, the process I currently use to bring earth bends to the bonder takes 9 cycles and I don't see a way to make that shorter
