- I think I have optimal latency for batching
- I think <10R without batching/long setup is impossible

These assumptions, if all hold, imply that I have global min. I think I have optimal latency as the first 7 inputs are pulled at input speed, and the limiting input 7 is duplicated to earth then debonded with no superfluous movements.

Wasted 5 hours before realising batching was a thing (got to 13R without), then spent another 5 hours getting batching to work, and probably another 5 optimising.
