65C = 30L + 7R*5. I reckon min will be around 55C = 25L + 6R*5, and that I will place between 5th-10th. This solve feels good, but not podium-calibre good.

Wasted 5 hours before realising batching was a thing (got to 13R without), then spent another 5 hours getting batching to work, and probably another 2 optimising. The required calcification really gets in the way a lot.
